Dex--doesn't sound like withdrawal to me

I don't personally think what you have sounds like dex withdrawal--'very small doses' just don't seem powerful enough to cause something like this. As I understand these things, I think dexedrine's effects are such that withdrawal from it would mean feelings of sluggishnees, low energy and etc, beginning immediately (because of reduced release of noradrenaline and dopamine that the dex was stimulating, and is now gone). A delay of several days doesn't make sense to me.

I have never had any problems when I stopped taking my small doses of dex--in any case, the problems you mention are just too large to be caused by withdrawal from tiny doses. I think your problems have to do with the fish oil or melatonin supplements. Melatonin worsened my depression awfully when I started taking it a year ago. And fish oil can cause insomnia, and DHA fish oil seems to increase depression in some people. I'd get rid of both those supplements, and see how you do.
