And slow is the magic word...give yourself a year+ to get off everything. There's no hurry, especially if you are making progress. Even though you don't have any use for docs right now, you really do need to have a doc in the picture in terms of knowing what you are doing-there are always dangers in withdrawal, plus you might need to try a different (for example) benzo scheme to make the withdrawal easier. Withdraw from one med at a time and if you are too uncomfortable, go back to the the lowest dose where you were "comfortable" and wait, and try again with a lower decrease. Do everything very slowly and resist the urge to "get it over with". Best of luck.
