So far, so good with weaning off of Effexor.

I have been weaning off of Effexor now for 2 wks. I am now down to the 37.5 mgs, and, have only noticed some mild brain shivers. I can take some Advil Cold and Sinus medication and it will help with the brain shivers. I go to the Dr on Friday, and, I am going to have him give me some more samples to help me wean off the 37.5 real slow. I can tell that I am feeling a little more emotional, which isn't a bad thing at all. I actually cried while watching the movie "Nell" with Jodie Foster the other night. I just don't want to cry all the time. I hope I stay doing this well for the next few weeks with little withdrawl. I have been scared to death about the withdrawls.
