It is very dangerous to stop zoloft cold turkey. That is why you are having these symptoms. Doctors try to say there are no withdrawal symptoms, but there are. But even your doctor would tell you to never just stop. I would call my doctor, tell him what you did, and have him advise you. Maybe you should go back to the 100 mg, then start to taper off.
