i know exactly what you are going through. It's the toughest thing ever! Paxil, alcohol,tobacco,effexor withdrawal was cake compared to benzo withdrawal.

benzo.org.uk/manual/index.htmBoth are based off of a British doctors work. She ran a benzo withdrawal clinic for over 10 years, and had the best sucsess with getting people off of them.
Basically, it is a gradual switch from klono to valium (because it has a much longer half-life, i.e it stays in body much longer).
Then once fully crossed over to valium, you begin a gradual taper.Xanax is probably the worst thing you could take for a klonopin withdrawal. It itself has a much shorter half-life than klonopin, thus itself has WORSE withdrawal effects.
