I've had similar head feelings when reducing or stopping doses of lexapro or zoloft. For me I would describe it as a brain jello feeling, almost like my brain was wiggling around the same way jello would in a bowl. Dizziness and mild confusion and hard to concentrate also. An overall feeling of just not being with it. No idea why it happens. For me it took about 10 days for it to pass.
