Hi J,
>i dont want doc knowing im off it
If I were you, I'd suggest to my doctor that I wanted to reduce my Seroquel dose. I wouldn't say anything about coming off the drug completely. If you mental health improves as you reduce the dose, you could suggest to your doctor that you might feel better if you came off the Seroquel completely.
>my heart racing, pannick, feeling in head like i lost my knowledge
You might not have been psychotic. Your symptoms sound like severe anxiety and panic.
Does your psych doc believe that you were psychotic? Perhaps you were, it's impossible for me to tell - I've never met you J!
>as soon as its out of my body....can i get such attack again, i dont know.. i just want to be myself again (Seroxat did that).....
I'm hoping that the Seroxat will be 'powerful' enough to treat your anxiety on its own. At the moment, I wouldn't attempt to withdraw from Seroquel completely, I would gradually reduce the dose with your doctors knowledge and see how you feel.
>i rather blink more and be myself again, then be sedated by anti psychotic, (do you understand me bit?
Do you think Seroquel is making you fatigued?
>2 weeks withdrawal HELL
Withdrawal will not necessarily be hell. There are two reasons why withdrawal might be difficult.....
1. If you reduce the dose too quickly
2. If you *need* the Seroquel to help your mental health problems ie. Seroxat is not enough on its own. If this turns out to be true, you might find that you can continue to take Seroquel at a lower dose with minimal side effects.Kind regards
Ed
