Now that your anxiety is under control with paroxetine (Seroxat), I wonder whether you really need an antipsychotic?
You could taper the Seroquel by reducing the dose in steps of 25mg. Have you decided that you definitely want to taper off Seroquel? If you stay off antipsychotics for long enough, your TD might disappear without treatment.
