Hiya:
I had no side effects of Effexor until 37.5mg to Zero --> just like you.
Once, two years ago, I ramped down on Effexor and ramped up Lexapro. At the time I had sinusitis (maybe withdrawal, maybe not), and pretty much was miserable and was on Lexapro ramping up when we decided not to stick with it, and I tried Wellbutrin instead. Neither Lexapro nor Wellbutrin gave me what I would consider side effects (unless you count the sense of smell change which maybe was the sinusitis - that's what the experts say - and it lasted 2 years off of Lexapro - and I've read nothing like this on the boards). They just did nothing for the depression so it was back on Effexor for me.

Don't forget that people's experiences vary with side effects in withdrawal. As I understand it, Effexor hits a lot of people in withdrawal, Wellbutrin one can go cold turkey and have no problem. I don't recall Lexapro's prescribing info.

Good luck!
