> rabble_rouser and others: I take One Daily Essentials multivitamin, Mega Foods brand. This is a "100% whole foods" vitamin that I found after trial and error of different multivitamins to find one I could handle without stomach upset. A google search of "mega foods vitamin one daily" gives links to stores that list the multivitamin's components.i just placed an order for the Mega Foods vit. you recommend. i like that it doesn't have additives like gingko or kava kava or other "natural" caffeine like stimulants. i'm sure it will help. as it is, i do eat yogurt, fruits, raw veg., whole grains, drink a glass of green tea, several glasses of water daily.
i also read several posts from one of the many sites that discuss med withdrawal. one such post emphasizes what you experienced types know--you have to be patient, be very careful with the actual cutting down, and listen to your body. i have been on this drug for 10 years. if i can cut down by 5-10% over time, i'll be fortunate. i <am> determined to be drug free.
