I didn't experience physical symptoms but the anxiety, fear and terror that surfaced within the first week or two completely off Effexor were probably a sign that I tapered too quickly. I didn't know about kindling--it never ocurred to me I could be making it worse.
That could explain why it's two and a half months now and I'm still living in fear )although better).
