I imagine that to be *very* roughly equivalent to around 20mg/d methadone, and people can switch to bupe from methadone at that level, though not neccessarily easily.

People who do switch have a period of adjustment because bupe is a mixed agonist/antagonist (I think?). A commonly reported problem is asthma-like symptoms. When finally adjusted to, people report that bupe is easier to get off (methadone is terrible to get off) and they feel less depressed. I'm not sure how applicable this is to oxycodone.

I've been industrious this morning and have been settling accounts (chainsaw and poison) with a coral tree complex which has been invading a native forest.
