I really agree that living without drinking is better than coping with drinking. That gets me through some long hours. Also, the other advice that really got to me was just don't take that first drink (as opposed to I'll only have one). For me, it's always the first drink that gets me into trouble, not number 4, etc.
I'm really proud of you. I understand downplaying the achievement, but you know it's great!
