I do attend a weekly womens' sobriety meeting for my support. It's not a good fit for me - I think I'm the only married woman in the group and I have a hard time relating to the others' experiences. But it keeps me grounded, and keeps me going, and brings me back to centre. That's all good.

>That's true - although when I was still using, and trying to get sober, and not able to do so with much success, it was a great comfort to me to be able to write about my guilt and anguish here, and have cyber support. Many times it's been the only help I've been able to accept. I do encourage anyone who is using and wants to stop to post here. I've made some lovely friends IRL from doing just that.
