anyway, look, my point is...
people are lining up for 9+ hours or something, to get a drive-through nasal swab test.
and apparently vaccinations needed to stop because the people administering vaccines either needed more training on how to wear ppe or how to keep people 2m socially distanced...
why can't they give people vaccinations when they are waiting in line for their nasal swab test?
if they are waiting 9+ hours.. why not have a person (15 or 20 minutes from the front of the line) offering them vaccination??
1 person in ppe giving them a vaccine when they are going to remain in the cue 15 or 20 minutes post-vaccine?
1 person in ppe asking them if they want a vaccine.... to fill out the informed consent form maybe 1 hour earlier in the cue...
no brainer -- right?
___
no alex you don't understand we are hoarding the vaccines.
it isn't about: we get the vaccines, we get them into the arms as quick as we can and then we twiddle our thumbs waiting for the next shipment...
the aim isn't to get them in arms. the aim is to hoard them for as long as possible. smooth out the flow. see how few we can possibly admnister every day so as to never run out. the aim is to hoard.
comprehend?
