"....the tv turned on by itself, my phone automatically typed in address that my mom was telling me up to find..."
Well, I can understand why you'd feel scared if your phone "automatically typed in an address your mom was telling you to find." That's certainly beyond the realm of random possibility, unless your phone had a verbal command program (like Siri). I'd be paranoid, more than paranoid, if that happened to me. But from a distance, I'd still like to think there is some other explanation beyond "evil forces."
When you talk about how watching "haunted shows" affects you, it still makes me go the cognitive realm, because, I too, can be affected by those kinds of shows. They can stir up my anxiety, but once I do not watch those types of shows, my anxiety goes away, and I see that my thoughts had created my feelings, nothing more. Is it similar for you? If you stop watching or thinking about "supernatural things," does some of your anxiety about it subside?
