i went to the gym the other day, running on the treadmill cranking it to vary fast and then had slow it down, intervals, but i noticed during the work out my lungs where not taking full, and i had to breath faster.....
then after i was done my lungs felt kinda irritated, and i think it was from the intense breathing....but down to all of it, i drove home and said ... "i have to stop" you know i've smoked since i was 17, love smoking but i don't like the tobacco stink and my breath smells like sun flower seeds after too......i have to keep breath mints, mainly mint gum and cheap body spray to put on, it does cover it up, but having to do that routine, smoke, throw it out, get my body spray and put it all over me, and pop mint gum in....thats the only way i can cover up so people won't know i smoke......
but ... really, im 27 almost 28, i need to stop, if i excersise intensly with ciggerette, that is most unhealthy thing i have heard off.....it just hit me,. i have to stop, totally transfer over to the vape, vapor.....smoking is pleasant after a stressful situation, when im having disturbing thoughts, or getting out of a slump, but it's vary unhealthy.....
im not taking chantix....or wellbutrin, ill have to figure out a way to limit and eventually stop.....
not a scholar but understand distress.....
