The Borg are a collective. There is no "I", only "we", and so they are dangerous, single minded, without benefit of individual, unique voices.
"You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile."
And when the speak, it's thousands of voices in unison all saying the same thing, at the same time.
They're made into mostly machine. They lose their individuality, but strangely, when separated after a time, can feel very lonely and lost.
Interesting metaphor, Star Trek is good like that.


On the other hand, you have different fingers.
