I really like your personal contracts. They are similar to mine.
I am actually quite comfortable with uncertainty. It is uncertainty that has helped me keep going for 25 years of treatment of MDD despite some people's contentions that I would never get to where I wanted to go. I did make it there, finally. We will just have to see if my current treatment continues to work for the long-term. This is, of course, uncertain. So, I might as well make the most of what I currently have to work with, and have fun doing it.
