What is it with dreams lately as keep having what I call nightmares about all my old high school friends and family I'm with them in the now and happy and then wake and forget who I am or where I am. And wish I was back in the dream. I have heard that dreaming like this means death. I think mine have progressed from anxiety as used to have the rushing ones glad to wake from to these where I want to stay cause it's better. I don't like them. Sleepy you want yours to stop also? They say they are ways of ridding self of daytime anxiety but not sure now. Phillipa
