Damn, I was less anxious

I'm trying to breathe.
This morning I took the .25mgs of klonopin I was holding on to. It helped, it really did sort of smooth things over a bit.
I came home, and I got overwhelmed....again.
By what? The bill from the IRS and the 2 errands I had to run, one was picking up effexor (since I'd otherwise be out).
I think I'm a bit depressed and trying to hang in there.
I'll try and get decent sleep and breathe.
