I've got like a large amount of vitamins, but I've stopped taking all but the multi and the b complex
I've got some folic acid, some calcium with D, and some vitamin C chewablesI don't bother with the glucosamine and MSM right now because my joints haven't really felt badly. I did though recently, have a flare up. My knee got slightly injured too. It might be a good time to take that now.
and the calcium plus D - I think that's something I need.
