~~~ I'm think there was an intense and difficult effort with the dosing of hormones and other meds to achieve and maintain the process. Her pregnancy was reported as being quite difficult.
I remember when she gave birth and all the issues it brought up about the fertility augmentation industry and their policies which gave way to many questions of ethical concerns... those continue to grow as it has become a big industry.
She WAS deceptive in her giving age, so that's a concern and MAYBE a midigating circumstance for the clinic. Still, the age of 55 - which was that clinic's guideline is questionable for me. Most clinics have a cutoff age of 45.
I have my own strong opinions about oversight....
