Oh, I didn't know that about weight watcher's - good deal. Although it wouldn't
work for me as I would fail miserably at calorie counting. Too disorganized.You're not very short - just very petite. Walking is great because you don't need
to join a club to do it. Far as strength training...just get a set of dumbbells, and
use your own body (i.e. sit-ups, push-ups.) Try it while watching TV. Makes the
workout time fly by and less grueling.I think it's great that you have a goal to improve yourself!
