My binge day ended up a binge week. I ate tons of fast food. I would get something in the food court then after eating it I would get something else. For example, I got chicken fries at KFC, then right after eating it I got some New York Fries poutine.
This happened like everyday.
I dreaded weigh in day at Weight Watchers today because I was worried I gained all my weight back.
I thought of skipping WW's, but I didn't and I'm really glad. Today's meeting really helped me get back on track.
I ended up gaining 2.5 pounds, which is not too bad. So far I've still lost 5.5 pounds. All is not lost. I can do this! I just need to track what I am eating again.
I can do this! I will plan out my meals and stick with them. I will continue to lose weight and I envision myself at 95 pounds. I will track foods for the rest of my life. I will maintain my 95 pounds. I can and will do this.
