Glad yesterday went pretty well.
That 4 hours being lost sounds simply awful. I've only had a little experience in being lost & it's not a nice feeling!!! And for that long. I can relate to you not stopping to ask. Nothing wrong with that.
SJW can take awhile to kick in apparently. 5HTP, on the other hand doesn't. But SJW works for various brain chemicals, I understand, whereas I believe 5HTP is only for serotonin. Vitamin D is good for depression apparently. I take 2000mg/day. I was just talking to a friend yesterday who also takes 2000mg/day & she said that if she misses it for even 1 day she notices she feels more depressed.
