Sorry if you don't like the first song. There are plenty more which could not be more opposite----first impressions can be misleading. I started with that song because it is dear to my heart. I listened to it when I was a young boy. I came from a family of musicians and my father has been a minister for over 40 years. that song kind of puts it all together. I have always been mindful of the fact that no one person or persons has a controling share of "good" music. I grew up in the deep south during the 1960s. It was a turbulent period in American history(you'll have to do your homework to figure that one out). There was, however, one thing that united, and will always unite, people across all boundries---music. I tend to be of the school that celebrates diversity----wouldn't life be a complete drag if we were all the same? you're ok manic---you will have to take my word when I tell you that I have walked a mile in your shoes and can relate to your edgy personality. It's all about love-----that's the meaning of life.
