Very interesting! It actually makes a lot of sense. It sounds like my job, the workload just keeps increasing but no new people are hired. And the industry I work in is definitely dependent on the economy.
Of course, I believe my boss would be psycho even in the best of conditions, but all the things listed in the article probably made things worse.
