Hi Kath
I'm too slack to see a shaman.
I approve of them, I think they are great, which is easy because I know so little about them.
Interestingly, from "One River", those amerindians who had NO contact with 'western "civilization"' only knew about maybe 30 medicinal plants.
The ones who had had any contact with WC (dear me) knew far more because they were so much sicker, and needed the plants as medicine.
Those people might have known thousands of plants and more combinations again.
I wouldn't mind one right at this moment.
