Is even sitting on it good for core stuff? I don't know about 'core' stuff, but hear people mentioining it.
So just sitting on the ball & sorta rolling back & forth a bit helps do good stuff for the person?
I have a ball downstairs. As to size, how high should it be on my leg? Up to my knee? A few inches below my knee?
