I decided to start cooking again after a year or so eating microwave food.
tonight was arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette and blueberries
Grilled Shrimp with adobo seasoning
mango salsa
Parmesan scalloped potatoes.
The entire dinner was only 8 weightwatchers points. I'm such a nutrition nerd...
