Is Weight Watchers any good?

Posted by Deneb on October 21, 2007, at 15:07:15

I've discovered that having support in the form of being accountable to a real live person is really valuable to me. Without a tutor I didn't study, but now that I have tutors I'm getting A's.

I think the same might be true for weight loss. I'm thinking maybe being accountable to real people will help me lose weight.

What is Weight Watcher's like? Do they help? I'm thinking of joining.

Anyone have experience with Weight Watcher's?

I don't have too much weight to lose, so I'm thinking I can get to my goal weight (which has to be within their acceptable weight ranges) and acheive lifelife membership.
