I'm glad Poet spoke up because I wasn't clear at all. I think this might put all the ideas together. IF you choose to go the Judge Mathis route, it's probably binding arbitration and, if it is, you are legally bound by the decision....because you submitted yourself to that process. If you choose NOT to go, however, this is not like a real law suit; a judgment cannot be made against you in your absence....not a binding one, at least.

Does that sound right? I'm pretty sure it is.
