Yep the council do if for you, but don't forget we pay AT LEAST £120/$200 per month for council tax. Thats charged per house. Its actually quite alot and then don't forget we pay aload of income tax too. Anyway, the council take away your trash too. And what else do they do? I don't know. Its I guess a 'community tax'.
Oh well.
Get a cat? My cat caught a rat once. Eek. Composting bins are an attraction too, so make sure its vermin proof.
