If the relationship is meeting your sexual needs then you should try to find a way to not let this bother you. After all, she's meeting your needs, and she has this need that she takes care of herself.
If the relationship is not meeting your sexual needs then you should have a conversation with her about your sexual needs. The topic of her masturabtion should not be part of that conversation.
If you wish you could have a non-confrontational conversation with her about her nocturnal habits so that you can understand why she is doing this. You would be well advised to handle this matter in a most delicate fashion. Make this conversation only about her and what she does at night. Do not challange her on why you are not allowed to be involved.
It would also be OK to ask her if you are sexually satisfying her. Listen carefully to the answer. It's not a topic for debate, simply inquiry. If she even hints that you are not satisfying her or that you could do something better then you should take that advice to heart.
