Glydin,
two great things
1) you feel like you've been given a 2nd chance at your life: Isn't that an amazing feeling? Don't you wish you could bottle it? I'm so happy and relieved for you!
2) you recognize that chemically enhanced coping has a useful place in your life. Ultimately, the chemicals just take the edge off, and you GLYDIN were the one who had to deal with the stress, not the pills! You did a great job.
Life throws us these curve balls from time to time. Take a moment and remember this episode. It will give you strength next time you need it.
