Quite often there can be a range of things that impact quite significantly on mood.
- taking meds
- getting adequate sleep
- having enough to eat
etc etcSometimes an alteration in one of those can throw things out considerably.
There is some stuff available online about sleep hygene.
Sounds to me like your sleep schedule got significantly out of wack.
Maybe... Take it easy for the next week or so?
Do you know how many hours sleep you need (round about?)
I wish there was a happy pill too...
Unfortunately...It is more about learning how to manage different bits of your life
Figuring out how different things impact on your mood and stuff like that.
