I didn't sleep enough yesterday but tonight I'm still not sleepy. I just don't get tired at night! I always get tired in the morning, like at around 5-7 AM. I like to sleep until 2 PM. It just seems natural for me to go to bed in the morning and wake up in the afternoon. It doesn't seem to matter how tired I am, I still don't get tired at night. I can wake up at 7 AM for 5 days and I still don't get to sleep until late. Then I sleep until the late afternoons on the weekends.
This is horrible because I want to wake up early to study and get some sunlight.
I'm still not sleepy yet and it's 4 AM now. Aaaahhh! How do I make myself tired at night and more importantly, how can I get up in the morning? I'm trying two alarm clocks in different areas of my room. I hope it works. I wish I were a morning person.
I don't want to be a night owl! I want to be a normal person.
Maybe I should just not sleep tonight and hope I get sleepy at night.
I hate going to bed. I really hate getting up.
