******After reading your post I do appreciate that I can enjoy these simple pleasures.********

See ******inserts below******

*******you know, these type of fears are beyond reason. I can relate. I don't have anything that strong, but I CAN relate somewhat. I'm so sorry that happened for you. There's a method called TAT that might possibly be able to help you. I posted about it on Alternative Sit here at PB a while back.********

> So I just turned around and went down. During that interval down, I was sure I was about to pitch over the side (for no reason, just cause) and get killed. I'm still quite bummed out about it.

*****I can relate to THIS one! Yikes.******

> There also were a billion flying gnats, and the trail wasn't very pleasant. However, mostly I was just freaking because of the bridge.

*********I do have some photos, but I'll have to figure out how to post them. I just recently learned how to send them as attachments in emails. I have some nice ones of at Killbear already on the computer. As to the Pinery ones, I'll have to get help to put them on the computer. We got a digital camera & I took a few this time, but my husband had a terrible gall bladder attack & had to be hospitalized on Monday afternoon. He didn't get out until Friday!! He was on I.V. the whole time & was pretty sick. The hospital was about 40 minutes from the campsite. When he got out of hosp, we went & sat at the beach 'til evening. There was lots of rain predicted for the next day (Sat) due to the hurricane in the U.S. so I packed partly Friday nite. Husband was in too much pain to help me. I finished Sat morning. JUST as I was putting the last of the stuff in the car it started to lightly rain!! Good timing. Anyway, it sorta put a cloud on the holiday. Hubby said I was to spend a lot of time at the Pinery & just visit him once a day for a bit, so I took him up somewhat on that generous offer, but didn't really do much - mostly stayed on my campsite (which was HUGE & very lovely & private with lots of 'nature' for me to poke around in & enjoy).

Anyway - that was that!! Today, hubby is 'way better. Back to normal colour (he was yellow & grey) & almost pain-free today. They have to wait for the infection to heal before they remove his gallbladder.*****

I hope that you are able to 'heal' from your fears that interfere with your enjoying nature Jost.

:-)) Kath
