you sound strong, like a fighter. You are so good to do your best to bring the criminal to justice. Camp out at the DA's office. Make your voice heard.
But, if there comes a time when the justice system is further traumatizing you, make sure you take care of yourself first. Try to keep some distance, and let this just be one of your many tasks in life. Make your family, and your health, and your happiness a bigger priority, and when you have a little spitfire left over-- prosecute the rapist with determination and spirit.
to WildcardII, who has a voice when so many don't.
