She's a cutie.
It may be for the best that she didn't look like your old dog. It's a big burden to come after a beloved dog. I try to get a dog that looks completely different so that I won't be mentally comparing them so much.
Are you getting her at six weeks? Six weeks is an awfully young pup. I got my baby at seven weeks and the breeder admitted it was too early. The mother had had problems in delivery and they were being raised by a foster mother the vet had found, so the breeder was anxious to place them. But it really was early. Even she admitted she should have kept them another week or three.
I'll bet when you get to know her, a name will pop into mind. My last three dogs, I had names picked out for them beforehand. With the first one the name didn't work, and we changed it once we got to know her. With one of the other two, the name doesn't work at all, and I wish we had changed it.
