I'm focused on the physical right now, but the mental has always got to be there...come to think of it, I'm not sure why I haven't been more focused on the physical...
let's just call it basic self care and everything that entails-that's a lot isn't it?

I was wondering about you and hoping you were having a good time somewhere :-)
