You know, that sounds like depression to me. Maybe not severe, but still depression.

And I have no idea what to tell you about getting out of it because I am the same way. If my best friend came to the door, I wouldn't answer - my house looks WAY too bad. I think just about every dish I own is dirty. And I haven't showered today because I'm not going to see anyone, so what's the point.

I do have work I need to get done and that's been hard too. Right now, I'm just trying to do 15 minutes at a time. If I can do that long, I'll let myself do whatever until I feel like I can manage 15 more minutes. Do you think you could do that? Just 15 mintues (or 10 or 5 or whatever you can) of one of those things on your list of things do do.

I just find that telling myself I must *finish* something makes it too overwhelming. So, 15 minutes, it is. *That* I can do....sometimes.
