i helped someone who was deeply distraught

today..in a big way..that feels good. i'm really good at helping *other* ppl.:) man, maybe i'm a loving person after all. :-) i don't think i notice all the little ways i try to help others sometimes. i like me.:) (self-esteem...yeah...bring it on!:))

amy, who is feeling quite spiritual today, and spellbound by life...
