I'm very sorry you're facing something like this. It must be terrifying for you, not to mention bringing up so much anger.
Have you talked to your local police about protecting yourself? Whether they can help in any way? What they can do to protect you?
For that matter, hard as it would be on you, can you stay with someone else until he does go back? Or can you petition the court to collect him because of the threat?
Speaking of which, have you contacted the prosecuting attorney about the threat?
I'm so sorry this is happening to you, and hope it stops soon.
