I went to the Eli Lilly site for needy meds when on cymabalta. I only know that they do not do it for generics only name brand. And they even want copies of your income tax if I'm not mistaken. I went off the cymbalta so I didn't do any more with it. And it is overwheming the paperwork. Love Phillipa
