I meant "dodgy ingredients" by dodgies.. not quite sure what happened to my brain there!
And MDMA is what, theoretically atleast, ecstasy is.. (MDMA = 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) But, often then contain many other "dodgy ingredients", and often not MDMA at all.
The other ingredients can make the pills very dangerous, and so, in certain clubs in Amsterdam (well, in the mid 90's anyway), there would be someone who would test your ecstasy pills for you, to let you know what they contained.
Hope that makes some more sense
