anyone know about disability tests?

i have to meet w/ 2 docs 45 minutes from where i live, each on different days and what part of friggin social anxiety don't they understand??? i have no one in the world to go w/ me and i am in tears i am so scared. i am scheduled for 2 separate tests but have no idea what they want...any info?
