hey lynn~i noticed that i had bouts of fatigue while on effexor that left me drained and after talking to my doc, he added wellbutrin for energy. some people feel great at 1st on effexor but then fatigue sets in. ??? just my exp. w/ it but stress can cause exhaustion also. try and relax this w/end okay?! email me and i'll ttyl
