What qualifies as a trigger and what doesn't? Is it any mention of suicide?

I'm sorry you're depressed. I seem to be in the same boat right now (although I seem to be going through a slight reprieve at the moment). No bridges though. Might as well go out with a good cause like a dangerous mission with Greenpeace or something. Do they have dangerous missions? I've always been facinated by GP but have never found alot of info on them. I've mostly just heard of them by word of mouth. But I digress. (I always wanted to say that).
I actually thought I was so clever to think to try a Benedryl when I was having a panic attack at work and no Xanax. I figured, well, its sedating, so maybe it will help. It did - not well, but enough to make it tolerable. Like you said, its not anyone's first choice, but its better than feeling like you're having a heart attack!
So why are you off the Benedryl anyway? New allergy meds? My doctor said I could take it with my allergy meds, so I use it when I can't sleep. Its the same ingredient in over the counter sleepaids.
